Care Navigation is on its way……
Our receptionists will now be known as ‘Care Navigators’ and are here to help you to see the right person for your health needs.
Please do not be offended when they ask you what the problem is when you call to make an appointment.
This will enable them to navigate you to the correct and most appropriate health professional.

ONE PROBLEM = ONE APPOINTMENT
To try and keep waiting times to a minimum, doctors will only deal with one problem per appointment. If you have more than one issue you would like to discuss with the doctor please book a double appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
